Tool Librarian is tool lending library software that tracks members, tools, and tool loans. Its thoughtful design offers a startlingly clean and intuitive interface which makes for easy training of volunteer librarians.
Screens can be configured to remove several of the fields shown in the DEMO below. This allows flexibility in meeting the needs of individual libraries. The optional fields are:

(The DEMO contains actual data from our tool library, although all identifying information has been altered to protect the innocent. Feel free to add members, tools, loans, whatever you wish. A few features are disabled in the demo environment, but that'll be obvious when you try.)
